I, the undersigned, hereby affirm that no illicit substances, wildlife products such as ivory, rhino horn, bear bile, or hazardous materials bearing an explosive label are contained within my shipment. I willingly consent to the compensation terms outlined by KDEXPRESS as follows:

KDEXPRESS shall provide compensation equal to 30% of the declared value of the goods, up to a maximum limit of $200 per shipment for shipment handle by KDEXPRESS, in the event of circumstances such as fire, explosion, airline-related loss, cancellation, customs confiscation, destruction of goods, or any other unforeseen incidents.

If the shipment is transferred to a third party for transportation, the liability for loss or damage will be subject to the compensation regulations and policies of that third party. KDExpress will adhere to the liability terms and conditions set by the third party in such cases.

KDEXPRESS shall offer full compensation equivalent to 100% of the declared value of the goods in the event of physical damage or loss, provided the customer selects a service option that includes price declaration and goods insurance.
I hereby grant KDEXPRESS the authority to manage the packaging process on my behalf and commit to paying the associated invoice accordingly.
I acknowledge the inherent risk of goods sustaining damage during transportation, whether packed by me or by a KDEXPRESS agent following my provided guidelines.

Any claims pertaining to services or goods must be submitted within 24 hours of the delivery time for evaluation.
The estimated delivery time serves as a guideline, and KDEXPRESS shall not be held liable for delays resulting from customs clearance, aircraft-related issues, or changes in political policies.
All shipping costs must be prepaid by the sender.
