Notes
- Calculate the volumetric weight if the package is oversized (in kg): Length x Width x Height (in cm) / 5000.
- Note any special packaging requirements, which may incur additional fees (Special Handling, etc.), at an extra cost of $25 each (excluding cardboard boxes).
- Be aware of the overweight fee for packages over 23kg, which is $25 per package.
- For bulky packages with dimensions of Length + (Width + Height) x 2 > 325cm, there will be an additional fee of $103 per package (e.g., furniture, bicycles, mattresses).
- For packages with a length exceeding 240cm, there will be an additional fee of $103 per package.
Furthermore, the insurance policy for domestic shipments within Canada is as follows:
- Notification of the risk of loss/theft of packages and the maximum value the company will cover if lost: $100 per tracking.
- Customers are encouraged to purchase insurance to minimize loss in case of lost packages.
- Insurance cost: 6% of the value of the package.
- Provides 100% coverage for the value of the package.
- Compensation conditions: A receipt proving the value of the package must be provided.
