- Minimum shipment weight from Vietnam to Canada: 2kg
- Minimum shipment weight from Canada to Vietnam: 3kg
- Calculation of bulky shipments based on volume weight
- Total weight rounded to 0.5kg as per airline regulations
- An additional fee of $130 for oversized shipments (120cm or more on one side)
- Prohibited items for shipping: meat, eggs, bird’s nest, milk, medicines, brand imitation goods
- Restrictions on shipping batteries, magnets, and electric devices due to safety regulations
