Key Responsibilities

Supervise and manage logistics operations, including order management, warehouse, and inventory management.

Coordinate and optimize supply chain processes to ensure efficiency and timely deliveries.

Lead and mentor logistics teams, fostering a culture of professionalism, collaboration, and accountability.

Respond quickly and effectively to customer inquiries, providing exceptional service and solutions.

Monitor and analyze operational performance and implement improvement strategies.

Manage and execute logistics projects, ensuring alignment with business goals.

Maintain accurate records and reports using Microsoft Office tools, including Excel.

Qualifications and Skills

Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.

Proven experience in logistics, warehouse, and inventory management.

Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage teams.

Fluent in English, with excellent communication skills to interact with customers and teams effectively.

Proficient in Office applications, including Microsoft Excel and project management tools.

Quick response time and strong problem-solving abilities to handle customer needs efficiently.

Highly organized with the ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
