Mail box\/Check out service agreement<\/strong><\/p>\n

This Mailbox Service Agreement (the “Agreement”) is entered between the Parties herein identified as the Customer identified by name on this form and KDExpress, a company duly registered and doing business in British Columbia, Canada, with its principal place of business at 4450 Juneau St, Burnaby, BC V5C4C8 or at one of its agent\u2019s address. (hereinafter referred to as the “Provider”).<\/p>\n

WHEREAS, the Customer seeks to avail mailbox services from KDExpress for the management and receipt of mail and parcels; and<\/p>\n

WHEREAS, KDExpress is willing to provide mailbox services to the Customer, subject to the terms and conditions set forth herein.<\/p>\n

NOW, THEREFORE, in consideration of the mutual promises and covenants contained in this Agreement, the parties hereby agree as follows:<\/p>\n

1. Mailbox Services
\nKDExpress agrees to allocate a mailbox to the Customer and assign a mailbox code. The mailbox shall be used for the reception of mail and parcels delivered via Canada Post and Private Courier Companies.<\/p>\n

2. Compliance with Applicable Laws
\nThe Customer shall make use of the mailbox services provided by KDExpress in full compliance with all pertinent federal, provincial, and local laws and regulations. The Customer shall not employ the mailbox for any unlawful or unauthorized purposes as prohibited by the governing laws.<\/p>\n

3. Receipt of Shipments
\nKDExpress, functioning solely as an agent for the acceptance of mail and parcel deliveries, is authorized to acknowledge receipt of all shipments addressed to the Customer or any authorized joint holder as specified in this Agreement. The Customer acknowledges that KDExpress may not receive mail or parcel deliveries on behalf of individuals who are not explicitly listed in this Agreement. Additional names may be added to this Agreement upon the Customer’s written request.<\/p>\n

4. Confidentiality
\nKDExpress undertakes to preserve the confidentiality of all information provided by the Customer and will not disclose such information except as required by legal compulsion or when demanded by law enforcement or government authorities.<\/p>\n

5. Termination of Agreement
\nThe Customer recognizes that KDExpress holds the right to terminate or cancel this Agreement for cause at any time without prior notice.<\/p>\n

6. Prohibited Actions
\nThe Customer is strictly prohibited from engaging in the following activities in connection with the use of the mailbox and KDExpress’s services:<\/p>\n

a. Listing the mailbox address as a business location on Google My Business or any similar service without a “Mailing Address” qualification.
\nb. Using the mailbox address on official documentation as the Customer’s business location.
\nc. Using the mailbox address for merchant accounts.
\nd. Creating the impression that the mailbox address is an actual office location or place of business for the Customer’s company.
\ne. Using the mailbox address to receive materials, substances, or content that violate courier guidelines and restrictions.
\nf. Using the mailbox address to receive illegal or prohibited materials, including but not limited to illegal substances and child pornography.
\ng. Using the mailbox address in any attempt to deceive, defraud, harass, threaten, blackmail, traffic in illegal goods, or engage in any illegal activities.<\/p>\n

7. Liability
\nKDExpress shall not be held liable for any claims, demands, or causes of action arising from the use or possession of items, including mail and parcels, or for the damage to or loss of mailbox contents, except in cases of gross negligence or willful misconduct.<\/p>\n

8. Limitation of Liability
\nThe total liability of KDExpress for all claims is limited to $200 regardless of the nature of the claim.<\/p>\n

9. Governing Law
\nThis Agreement shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the province of British Columbia, Canada.<\/p>\n

10. Entire Agreement
\nThis Agreement constitutes the entire understanding between the parties and supersedes all previous agreements, understandings, and representations.<\/p>\n

\nKh\u00e1ch H\u00e0ng ph\u1ea3i s\u1eed d\u1ee5ng d\u1ecbch v\u1ee5 h\u1ed9p th\u01b0 \u0111\u01b0\u1ee3c cung c\u1ea5p b\u1edfi KDExpress tu\u00e2n theo t\u1ea5t c\u1ea3 c\u00e1c lu\u1eadt ph\u00e1p li\u00ean quan c\u1ee7a li\u00ean bang, t\u1ec9nh v\u00e0 \u0111\u1ecba ph\u01b0\u01a1ng. \nKDExpress, ch\u1ec9 ho\u1ea1t \u0111\u1ed9ng nh\u01b0 m\u1ed9t \u0111\u1ea1i l\u00fd \u0111\u1ec3 ti\u1ebfp nh\u1eadn th\u01b0 v\u00e0 h\u00e0ng h\u00f3a, \u0111\u01b0\u1ee3c \u1ee7y quy\u1ec1n \u0111\u1ec3 k\u00fd nh\u1eadn t\u1ea5t c\u1ea3 c\u00e1c l\u00f4 h\u00e0ng g\u1eedi \u0111\u1ebfn Kh\u00e1ch H\u00e0ng ho\u1eb7c b\u1ea5t k\u1ef3 ng\u01b0\u1eddi n\u1eafm gi\u1eef chung n\u00e0o \u0111\u01b0\u1ee3c x\u00e1c \u0111\u1ecbnh trong H\u1ee3p \u0110\u1ed3ng n\u00e0y. 6. H\u00e0nh Vi C\u1ea5m
\nKh\u00e1ch H\u00e0ng nghi\u00eam c\u1ea5m th\u1ef1c hi\u1ec7n c\u00e1c h\u00e0nh vi sau \u0111\u00e2y trong qu\u00e1 tr\u00ecnh s\u1eed d\u1ee5ng h\u1ed9p th\u01b0 v\u00e0 d\u1ecbch v\u1ee5 c\u1ee7a KDExpress:<\/p>\n
